 Warm Up

A typical warm up at Thrive Fitness & Wellness contains a few key components: activating the muscle groups that will be used later in the class, breaking a sweat, and mentally preparing for the workout. This is done by completing 3-4 rounds of 2-5 general movement patterns to get the body ready to do work!

individualized Strength

This portion of the class is dedicated to building strength and mobility. This is achieved by receiving a personalized workout that is designed by a Thrive fitness professional. Thrive Fitness & Wellness creates a workout that is unique and specific to each individual. This allows every member to progress safely and effectively, while building strength and becoming more mobile.

Conditioning

This portion of the class includes a 10-20 minute long workout that is designed to increase the heart rate and make you sweat! Thriveโ€™s conditioning workouts rely on functionally relevant movements, which are movements that any person will see on an every day basis. The workouts emphasize body weight and dumbbell exercises, combined with cardio endurance movements in order to achieve a stimulus that will leave you out of breath but also wanting more!
